Investing in 2 apprentices at different stages of their education, Promach 3D is helping to support the next generation of skilled engineers, passing on all of the necessary skills that have enabled the company to be at the forefront of precision engineering.
Alongside the apprenticeship schemes Promach 3D have also employed a BSc Undergraduate Product Design student on a year placement from De Montfort University. With experience of Computer Aided Design and product innovation, the university student is helping the company build its design services. This hands on experience is invaluable in assisting the student in their studies and improving their skills and knowledge of engineering, before returning to complete their final year at De Montfort University.
